Florence Rebecka (Hubbard) Huffman

Mrs. Florence Rebecka Huffman, 88, of Medora, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown. She was born in 1930, in Medora, to the late Roy Aaron and Chloe Edna (Reynolds) Hubbard.

Funeral services will be at Hague Funeral Home Medora on Saturday, December 8 at 10 am with Minister Michael Hogg officiating. Burial will follow at Dixon Chapel Cemetery in Lawrence County, Indiana.

Family and friends may call at Hague Funeral Home Medora on Friday from 4-8 pm and Saturday from 9 am until time of service.

On July 2, 1960, in Medora, she married Marvin Hal Huffman; he preceded her in death on April 27, 1994. She loved her family very much. She enjoyed being outdoors working in her flowers and yard. She enjoyed going with her friends to the Golden Wheels at Brownstown Christian Church.

She is survived by her son, Marvin W. (Carolyn) Huffman; daughters, Judith K. Scott, Katherine A. Eisele, Rayetta M. (Walter) Franklin, Patricia G. (John) Ryan and Pamela J. (James) Bartlett; grandchildren, Tresa Scott, Chris Scott, Linda Scott, Kelly Eisele Jr., Jason (Susan) Cowles, Justin (Jennifer) Cowles, Rebecca Marcott, Amanda Marcott and Allison (Robert) Kruse; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Roy E. (Luana) Castor; daughter-in-law, Nancy Marcott; sister-in-law, Bea Cowles as well as several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Terry L. Marcott; and sisters, Marilyn Spall, Chloe Webb, Edna Faye, Martha Newby, Louise (Mert) Marcott and Elizabeth Lane.

Memorials may be written to Brownstown Christian Church Building Fund.
