Ashley Wallace, of Freetown, passed away unexpectedly on the early morning of September 30, 2021. She was 32 years old.

Ashley entered this life on May 30, 1989, in Anderson, Indiana. She was the daughter of Julie (Wallace) Cochrane. She was the younger sister to Wally, and a big sister to Maria.

Ashley was a devoted mother to her children, Braydon, Levi, and Gabriel and loving companion to Patric Ponder.  She loved spending time with her family and cherished her date nights. Anywhere Patric and her boys went, she was right by their sides.

She will be greatly missed by, Patric Ponder, her companion for almost 10 years, sons Braydon Ponder, Levi Ponder, and Gabriel Wallace Ponder, mother, Julie Cochrane and step-father Mike of Vallonia, brother, Wally Rice of Anderson and sister, Maria Bockhorn of Vallonia. and several nieces.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at Hague Funeral Home of Medora on Wednesday October 6, 2021, at 1:00 pm with Pastor David Sawyers officiating.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 11:00 am until time of the service.

A funeral fund has been set up through Hague Funeral Home for the family.
