Peggy Sue (Arnold) Booker

Peggy S. (Arnold) Booker, of Bedford entered her eternal home peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 20, 2020. She was 55.

She entered this life on July 30, 1964 in Bedford Indiana. Peggy was the youngest of six daughters born to the loving parents of Robert and Myrtle (Guthrie) Arnold.

Peggy attended Tunnelton School and the later graduated from Medora High, Class of 1983. She was blessed with two loving children, Kristian and Robert.

She was a loving mother, Granny and NumNum. Her family was her life.

She loved the outdoors. Peggy could be found mudding in the Leesville Creek, out looking for mushrooms, or found at her favorite fishing spot. She loved telling stories to her family and her friends.

Peggy was a former Certified Nursing Assistant for the Hospitality House, she worked for Seymour Tubing, and Aisin.

Surviving to tell Peggy’s stories are her children: Kristian Brummett and her husband Corey of Williams, Bobby Booker and his wife Celine of Leesville,  seven grandchildren: Johnathan, Mandy, Emma, and Randy Brummett, and Kasen, Weilandt, and Taegan Booker, four sisters: Bobbie Bowling of South Carolina, Tonia Baker and her husband David of Medora, Goldie Barnes of Brownstown, and Terri Temple of Seymour, and her lifelong spitting mudding bestie Robbin (Chimpie) Ricketts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Mollie Arnold.

Funeral Services will be at Hague Funeral Home of Medora on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Dustin Staggs officiating.  Burial will be at Leesville Cemetery.

Friends may call at Hague Funeral Home of Medora on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm and after 12 noon on Wednesday.

Memorials may be written in Peggy’s name to Premier Hospice
