Phillip Randy (PR) Meade, 38, Medora, passed away at 10:23 p.m., December 31, 2017, from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident in Washington County, Indiana.

PR was born on May 31, 1979, in Harlan Kentucky.  He worked as a skilled carpenter and a skilled conman.  If he could not build it, he sure could make you think he could.  His favorite hobbies were aggravating his parents and eating "oh hell yeah spaghetti."  He never came across a food he did not like.

He is survived by his children (PJ & Peyton), mother and father (Jerry and Phillip), 8 siblings (Josh &Hiroko, Randall, Patricia & Eric, Jessica & William, Monica & Brad, Brandon, Nicholas, Zachary & Paige), and an overabundance of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather (Donald), grandparents (Rena May & Oliver "Od"), mother (Tammy), wife (Hope), and loved one (Sabrina).

Visitation will be at Hague Funeral Home in Medora, Indiana on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. and service will start at 6:00 p.m.  THe service will be officiated by Pastor Jack Belk.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of PR may be made out to Phillip or Jerry Meade or via youcaring.com/PRfuneral in hopes of starting a college fund for PJ and Peyton
