Stacy (Cornett) Holstine, of Medora, passed away at the UofL Hospital in Louisville on the late evening of January 23, 2025, with her family by her side. She was 47.

Stacy entered this life on May 1, 1977, in Kossuth, Indiana. She was the middle child born to Irvin and Elizabeth (Spence) Cornett. She was the sister to Greg and Billy.  She grew up in Medora and graduated from Medora Community Schools, Class of 1995. 

On April 23, 2015, in Seymour she was united in marriage to Brad Holstine. Stacy was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was an avid outdoors lady. When the weather started to get warm, she was ready for camping, fishing or mushroom hunting.   

Stacy’s love will be forever cherished by her husband of 17 years, Brad Holstine of Medora, sons, Jonathan Wheeler and his wife Brittany of Medora, Gavin Fleenor of Medora, and Dawson Cornett of Medora, and Cody Johnson of Medora, a grandchild, Kolden Wheeler, brothers, Greg Spence and his wife Melissa of Freetown, and Billy Cornett of Medora.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Travis Cornett that passed in infancy.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday January 29, 2025, at Hague Funeral Home with Pastor Ted Stucker officiating.

Burial will follow at White River Valley Cemetery

Friends may call from 4:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday January 28, 2025, at Hague Funeral Home and on Wednesday after 12 noon until time of the service.
